Hi, I'm Jas! I've been a classicaally trained dancer and athlete for over 20 years - and a passionate follower of Christ my entire life. I founded 4thgirliessfit (4TGF) to create a powerful, faith-filled community where women can grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically through Faith & Fitness. Whether you're joining us in class or sweating it out at home, every movement is an act of praise. When those praises go up, those blessings will come down! I can't wait to praise and sweat with you!

What is 4thegirliessFIT?

4thegirliessFIT is a faith-based fitness community that offers fun, gospel-powered cardio workouts that help women strengthen their faith, build confidence, burn calories and connect with a supportive sisterhood- in person and online.

How can I get involved?

Getting involved is easy! Join our classes, participate in our events, or connect with us on social media. We welcome everyone to be part of our uplifting community!

Do I need to be fit to join?

Absolutely not! 4thegirliessFIT is for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Our classes are designed to accommodate all abilities, and we encourage you to start your journey with us!

Do I have to be a Christian?

No, you do not have to be a christian to join our classes. We know everyone has their own personal journey in faith. Come enjoy a positive atmosphere with other supportive and loving women!
